Two Energetic Tools That Change How Your Marketing Lands

(0:24) Problem with Strategy-First Marketing
So today I want to talk about an energy-first concept when it comes to business.
In the marketing world, you’ll see so much flooding of information around strategy and sales. Although these things can be beneficial, they are only as good as they are connected to your unique energetic blueprint.
So what I mean is, we see a lot of stuff in the marketing field where some mentor might talk about how they made a million dollars this year, and they’re going to teach you the exact steps, blueprint, whatever it is, to also make a million dollars this year.
Well, that blueprint might not work for you because of your energetic signature.
So if you go into that space, if you pay money for that program, if you work with that mentor, they’re probably going to layer their strategy onto your business without really understanding the energetics of who you are and how you come to the table.
And so if you can understand this about yourself, you can start deciphering the right information and the right strategies to bring into your world and then take action upon.

(1:22) Introducing an Energy-First Approach
So what I want you to embrace today is two tools, two energetic tools, to tap into that energetic blueprint of your own.
You don’t need any mentor to do this. We all have access to both our intuition and the greater collective.
And by tapping in, we actually allow ourselves to hear what might be the right approach for us.
So if you’ll play with me today, this is going to be weird and a little bit out there for probably how you’ve known me.
Because I too have been through an academic experience. I’ve been in that marketing strategy place for a long time, and it’s taken me until now to really embrace the energetics behind marketing and this truer path that I’m on.
So play with me. If you hate this, then you hate it. Maybe it’s not the right sort of technique for you.
But if you could even glean just a 1% deeper connection with your own intuition when it comes to marketing, then that would make me innately happy and would help you strengthen that knowing for yourself.
So you’re not always in that space of seeking outside support or outsourcing when it comes to things like marketing.

(2:31) Energetic Tool #1: Connecting to Your Inner Guidance
So what I want you to do, if you’re sitting, go ahead and put your feet flat on the ground.
I want you to take a deep breath. We’re going to do a little bit of energetic work. But again, just play with me. It’s not going to be too long, just a couple of minutes here.
Feel free to close your eyes if you’d like. You can also practice this if you’re out and about in the world.
I actually do enjoy making sure I can do this with my eyes open. So if I need to connect in, I can do that while I’m at dinner with people or in a meeting.
So both are equally helpful.
But if you want this first time especially, go ahead and close your eyes.
What we’re going to do is envision this big sea of liquid gold about 100 feet above us.
To me, it kind of morphs, it has a bit of movement to it. It’s essentially like liquid gold.
And we’re going to see that funnel down into the top of our head. And we’re going to allow that liquid gold to filter all the way through our body.
So it’s going to totally submerge our head, down into our shoulders, out through our fingertips, into our torso, through our legs, and out our feet.
And now we’re going to go to the center of the earth.
We’re going to imagine pink, sort of magma-like material, liquid as well. This is our earth-grounded energy.
And we’re going to bring that up through the earth’s surface and through the bottom of our feet.
We’re going to allow that to also just flood our body, this beautiful pink liquid material that comes up through our legs, into our thighs, into our torso, up and out through our fingertips, through our neck, and then out our head.
And we want to take a deep breath here.
Take a breath in. Hold it at the top for two seconds. And then go ahead and let that out.
So the hope here is for us to just be in a very centered state.
You can do the breathing technique as many times as you like.
And we’re just going to connect to our concept of source.
So whatever you want that to be. That could be your higher self. That could be a god-like entity, a source-like entity. It could be Mother Nature.
And what we want to do is just elicit some sort of wisdom.
We want to ask:
What do I want to share with my audience today?
What would be beneficial for them?
What is the energy I want to put out into the world today?
And then you’re just going to listen. You’re going to softly listen.
There might be an idea that comes to your mind. There might be something you write out. There might be colors or textures.
And you’re just going to notice.
There’s no right or wrong answer here.
And the thing with intuition is, it does take time to learn how to decode these things, which is totally fine.
But if we can just start practicing that listening aspect, probably the easiest question to ask would be:
What is the energy that I want to put out today?
And you might just get something like gratitude or joy.
And depending on the type of work you’re in, you might get something that doesn’t feel directly related.
But then later you can figure out how that fits into your content.
So all we’re doing right now is taking note and allowing our intuition to connect with something greater to bring us the wisdom that is right for us right now.
And then we just acknowledge that. Say thank you.
And you can come out of that space.
Go ahead and journal anything that came up.
These are very quick, tangible energetic tools that can be used every day, or even moment to moment, to help guide you through a situation.
I use this before I hire a mentor. I use this before I post anything. I use this really before I make any decision.
To make sure that I’m making that decision from an informed place that’s connected to my energetic blueprint.
And not just out of a place of fear, lack, or even desire.

(6:39) Energetic Tool #2: Rooting Into Your Offer
So the next energetic tool we’re going to utilize today is rooting into your magnificence and what you do.
We call this self-image.
And if you’re not rooted in your own magnificence in your work, then it’s going to be very hard for others to come in and also see that.
So what you want to do, if you’re promoting a certain offer right now, or you’re looking to sell a specific service or product, or maybe even one-to-one…
You want to write out what that offer is.
And I’d like it to be specifically an offer.
So if you’re trying to sell a one-to-one package, write that out.
Or maybe you’re trying to get more leads, so you want to convert people into your lead magnet, write out the title of that.
And I want you to write out 125 attributes of that offer.
I know that feels like a lot. It’s a bit of a magic number.
And what you’re going to do is write out how this is a perfect solution for your audience.
So if it’s a lead magnet, you’re going to write out how it can help them.
Just 125 lines.
And what this helps us do is really root and connect to the power of that offer.
So when people come into your space energetically, they feel the magnitude of that offer before even tangibly understanding what’s included in it.
And this is why I speak to an energy-first reality.
If we can approach from this energy-first paradigm, then the way people feel when they come to your offers will start shifting.
And your offers start becoming magnetic.

(8:52) A Tease for What’s Next
I think “magnetic” is a word we like to throw around a lot. And we’ve also existed for so long in this marketing machine of shoving things down people’s throats. Pain point marketing, which is fine. But what if we could do it from a place where people could really feel the benefits of it? So both of these tools require a little bit of trust. A trust in your own intuition. A trust in the concept of the tools.
But I say, why not give it a try and see what might come of that?
Now, the next thing, I will speak more to this next week, around micro-momenting successes throughout your day. But I’ll tease that a little bit now and say that we really do want to be looking for the ways in which our work, our offers, our marketing is actually working, and not dwelling on the negatives.
So I’m going to leave it there. Because we really want to master a tool or two at a time before we go into more. But just to give you a hint of next week…
We’re not putting things out into the world and immediately being critical, like “oh, that didn’t work in the first five seconds.” We want to give things time.
Sometimes people will find an Instagram post from a year ago, and that brings them into your funnel and converts them into a high-paying one-to-one client. Even though you put out that content a long time ago. So just remember that timelines are very fluid and fluctuating. And that we want to work with the energetics and build these basics, build this foundation.
